Frequently asked questions

How do I get the files?

Right after payment, you get an email with a download link for each animation or bundle you bought. The links are also on the order confirmation page.

Can I mix bundles and single animations?

Yes. Add whatever you like to the cart and pay for everything at once. If a bundle already includes an animation in your cart, we'll point it out.

Can I use them in my app?

Yes, that's covered by the licence. You just can't resell or share the files as they are.

What about VAT?

VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code): the price shown is the price you pay. An invoice is available on request.

What format are the files?

Silent H.264 MP4 files at 1280×720 that loop seamlessly. They play anywhere: apps, websites, video editors.

Can I cancel my order?

The files are delivered immediately: by ticking the box in the cart, you request immediate access and waive your right of withdrawal. If a file is faulty, we fix it or replace it.
